What a lazy weekend. Besides walking the lakes on Saturday morning, I spent the better part of the weekend eating food and lazing around. I feel like such a sloth for not doing more this weekend, but what's worse is I overslept this morning and didn't work out.
The good news is that it hasn't affected my scale (see pic) yet. But if I don't get my butt back in order and get back on my regular routine, my goal dates will start going further and further away.
Good news is... I lost a pound last week and I've lost a half an inch off my waist and hips since last week. I'm just hoping I can keep up the momentum... I'm starting to get "sleepy" and "worn down."
