Week 20


Day 140:

What a lazy weekend. Besides walking the lakes on Saturday morning, I spent the better part of the weekend eating food and lazing around. I feel like such a sloth for not doing more this weekend, but what's worse is I overslept this morning and didn't work out.

The good news is that it hasn't affected my scale (see pic) yet. But if I don't get my butt back in order and get back on my regular routine, my goal dates will start going further and further away.

Good news is... I lost a pound last week and I've lost a half an inch off my waist and hips since last week. I'm just hoping I can keep up the momentum... I'm starting to get "sleepy" and "worn down."

  1. We all have our down slopes trying to get to where we want, and that's ok. Keep looking forward to what's ahead (like that bridesmaid's dress, heh), and being healthy and happy before your 30s :) And don't forget to take pride in the little triumphs, like walking the lakes on Sat. and meeting your calories goals.

    You're doing an amazing job. So proud of ya :)
