So I'm not trying to get ahead of myself, but this week or the next I should hit my 2nd Qtr Goal! Today I had a great weigh in and that's with a heavy meal Saturday night.
Also my measurements finally saw some difference from last week. Hooray!
That puts me at a total loss of 43.4 lbs. 7.5" off my waist, 5.25" off my hips and 2.75" off my arm. I have 1.6lbs til I hit my June goal and 12.6 towards my ultimate goal.
It will be a busy week for me, so hopefully I can eat well and hold to my workout routine. Come on body, you can do it!!!
