I'm writing you this letter to let you know that you are not a failure.
This week had plenty of "incidentals" and some stress. When that happens it's difficult to work out and even eat right sometimes.
They key learning from this week is to not let it become a routine. Keep trying, keep focused.
You don't have to be a hardcore health freak eating celery all day and running marathons, you just need to be smarter.
Make the effort next week, make the effort tomorrow, make the effort today.
You can do it.
