Dear Tomorrow DubyaWife,
I'm writing you right now at 10:23pm... cause I'm telling you ahead of time that tomorrow some things are gonna happen.
2) You're going to eat the breakfast and lunch I prepared for you to eat tonight.
3) You're going to refrain from unhealthy or un-needed snacking tomorrow.
Try to add to that if you can... drinking lots of water, using your calorie counter app, and weighing that morning.
I promise if you do these things, you'll feel better and proud of yourself the whole day.
So I'm going to go to bed to give our body some good rest so you can have all the energy you need to do the above.
Don't snooze the alarm!
