One Week of Awesomeness (Monday Motivation)

Last week I worked out 5 days out of the week.  I rock. I also entered in all my calories for the whole week in My Fitness Pal.  I rock twice.  I also kept up with my water intake.  I rock thrice.

Started up the Runner's World Holiday Run Streak.  Which is running one mile each day between now and New Years. I know I can do it, and after 4 days of just one mile, I know this will be a challenge, but I'm up for it.  Bring it on!

I've taken up doing #plankaday challenge again as well.  While continuing my #YogaADay challenge with Grow Soul Beautiful.

This. Feels. Great.

It's wondrous how much focusing on my health helps me to really feel better about myself.  I'm a better person when I commit to healthy living.

Here's to a Week 2... consistency is key!


  1. Hey, well done. I meant to start using MFP again but did one day and then ate really bad foods the next day so didn't enter them in there!

    But I get what you mean, I feel better about me and less 'blah' about the world when I'm feeling more in control of my eating and exercise!
