UPDATEWeigh-in this morning: 196.8 (lbs) 2 lbs down.
Only slightly sore from yesterday's HIIT class at the gym yesterday. Which is pretty shocking, but when I go regularly (at least once a week) I think my body is more used to the wear and tear on my muscles. Did some amazing yoga poses (below) and ate some great food. Besides Monday when I felt a bit tired, it's amazing the amount of energy I'm feeling with the lack of refined sugars, carbohydrates, etc. I don't get ravenously hungry and with eating every 2-3 hours, I'm always satisfied. So it's going well!
My birthday is only a few short days away, and I'm excited to par-tay, but also to have a free day from planning. Here's a look back at some of my previous birthday posts... look for 2013 post this Friday! ;-)

- Two eggs over medium with Mashed cauliflower (it's like grits!)
- Coffee with 2 tbs coconut milk (one stevia - my one cheat)
- Leftover Coconut Curry Turkey on Kale with Steamed Broccoli
- Not sure yet, but I have a pound of ground turkey at home and some real bacon that needs to be
eatencooked up. :-)
Monday evening I did a couple of miles on the treadmill and yesterday I did my strength class. So this morning I slept in a bit and allowed my body some "healing time." May hop on the elliptical this evening for a short run, but nothing too strenuous Planning another strength class Thursday evening and a morning run on Friday.
